Current Research Projects
- Associate Professor Ann O'Connell and Associate Professor Miranda Stewart of the Tax Group, along with Dr Matthew Harding of the Melbourne Law School have recently received a 3 year ARC Discovery Grant for their research project, "Defining, Regulating and Taxing the Not-for-Profit Sector in Australia: Law and Policy for the 21st Century".
- Associate Professor Ann O'Connell of the Tax Group is, together with Professor Richard Mitchell of the Centre for Labour Law and Professor Ian Ramsay of the Centre for Corporate Law and Securities Regulation, currently working on a 3 year ARC-funded research project, "Employee Share Ownership: current practice and regulatory reform".
- Lecturer Sunita Jogarajan is engaged in a research project studying the influence of the International Monetary Fund on tax reform in developed countries.
